Andre Ayew picks EPL debut against Chelsea as best game after reaching a century for Swansea

Swansea City star Andre Ayew has opened up on his best moments with the club after reaching a century of appearances against Huddersfield Town on Saturday.

The 30-year old capped his landmark game with a goal for the club in that 2-1 defeat to Huddersfield at the Liberty Stadium.

The Black Stars captain selected his debut game against Chelsea in the Premier League as one of the best moments in the white jersey for the Welsh club after reaching a century of appearances.

Ayew scored in that game to help Swansea record a 2-2 draw at the Stamford Bridge.

“My first goal versus Chelsea was one of my best moments at Swansea,” he said.

“It was my first game in the Premier League. That season was great for me.

He scored 12 goals in 34 league outings for the Jack Army before leaving to join West Ham United.

Ayew endured a difficult time at West Ham, prompting a return to Swansea in 2018.

This season, the Ghana International has scored twice in five Championship outings for Swansea.
